Chemical Dosing System
The Chemical Dosing System is used to inject chemicals such as coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, antiscalants, chlorine, and other treatment chemicals into a water or wastewater stream.
The injection process is carried out automatically using dosing pumps controlled by a control panel.
Unlike filters, this unit does not remove particles, but instead adjusts the chemical properties of water to optimize the treatment process.
The Chemical Dosing System is an essential supporting system in almost all treatment stages, such as coagulation before DAF or antiscalant dosing before RO.
